Temploy's invoices are prepared weekly based on the timecards we receive authorized by your company. Temploy can tailor the invoices to your specific needs (i.e., billing by department, etc.). Our payment terms are net 10 upon receipt of invoice. Temploy can pick up payroll time sheets each Monday and deliver pay checks to your facility every Thursday.
We offer an eight-hour guarantee on all employees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our temporary, you need only notify our office within the first eight hours and the employee will be replaced with no charge to your company for the hours worked.
Before the assignment, we will provide each temporary employee with instructions regarding your company. A customized orientation booklet can be designed to assist temporaries assigned to your company in making a
smooth transition into your work place. With your suggestions, we can explain dress code, work hours, parking instructions, bus information, lunch recommendations, benefits, incentives, inquiries into regular positions, reportingprocedures, and more.
