Explore your potential with a career at Forest
At Forest we believe in the power of potential. We credit our success to hiring and developing talented, committed people and providing an environment where diversity is embraced and potential can be fulfilled.

Forest develops, manufactures and sells branded and generic forms of ethical products requiring a physician’s prescription, which are used for the treatment of a wide range of illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s disease, hypertension and alcohol dependence.

Forest is also...

  • Consistently ranked as one of the "50 Best Companies to Sell For" by Selling Power magazine
  • A Top Four Pharma Company three consecutive years (Pharmaceutical Executive Industry Audit, September 2005, 2006, 2007)
  • One of the Top 15 U.S. Pharma Companies, and among the top 50 globally (Pharmaceutical Executive, May 2007)

People depend on our products. We depend on our people.
At Forest, we encourage and support teamwork at every level throughout our Company while valuing individual commitment, energy and creativity. We are highly entrepreneurial, clearly seeing and vigorously pursuing our goals of helping people: the physicians and patients who prescribe and use our products, the communities in which we work and reside and the employees who move our business forward with talent, commitment and integrity.

Hard work pays off.
We encourage personal well-being and professional growth so our employees can achieve a healthy work/life balance. We reward success with challenging work, highly competitive salaries, progressive benefits and incentives, including an opportunity to share in the Company’s equity growth and a paid day off when you get married.

While our product pipeline competes with those of larger pharmaceutical companies, because of our size, our employees tend to have deeper involvement and advance faster than they would elsewhere in the industry. Every employee in every capacity throughout our company makes a difference.
