As CEO, Ms. Kesler took the company public, becoming one of the first women in America to do so. Traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Ms. Kesler grew the parent company into a $2 billion a year organization. During the formation of the parent company, some units of ATS were not merged. Under the management of Ms Kesler's son, Mark Pass, and daughter, Deborah Pass, ATS has grown nationally using the same principles and values employed by its founder.
